Rush hour crash worsens woes on River Road

No injuries were reported in a rush-hour fender-bender this morning involving a car and jitney bus on River Road in Edgewater. But traffic was backed up in both directions even more so than usual, delaying a repaving project that has plagued the area, particularly during rush hours.
