“Then when April 1 came,” Russo said, “they were gone.”
The apartment in the boarding house at 152 Oakwood Avenue is empty and police are looking for the suspects.
“There’s more to this story than just people getting scammed,” Russo warned. “There’s also the potential danger element when you get involved in things like this.
“You have to know who you’re dealing with.”
