Heads UP!: Repaved River Road not a smooth ride for speeders

Most of the horrendous holes and bumps are gone from River Road, especially in the stretch between Edgewater and Weehawken. In their place: speed traps.

With the project expected to end today, police are beginning to take their positions, looking for speedsters trying out the smooth pavement.

So slow down, hotshot.

Speeding tickets aren’t cheap. Neither are the insurance surcharges you’ll end up paying.
