Detective Sgt. Michael Martic saw "high foot traffic and actions associated with drug activity" after staking out the Walker Street home of Ethan A. Calhoun, Police Chief Martin Kahn said.
Uniformed officers took Calhoun into custody, while Martic, after obtaining a warrant, found nearly two ounches of marijuana, illegal prescription medications, drug paraphernalia and a set of brass knuckles, Kahn said.
Police also seized more than $500 in suspected drug proceeds, he said.
A May 9 arraignment was set on charges of possession of pot, prescription medications and drug paraphernalia, distributing drugs within 1,000 feet of a school zone and weapons possession.
