Bogota Police Headquarters Gets "Thin Blue Line" Upgrade

The Bogota Police Department is sporting a new, blue facade.

Brothers Before Others, a non-profit charity of active and retired law enforcement officers, donated the "thin blue line" flag mural -- painted by artist Scott Lobaido -- and landscaping work.

Bogota officials held a dedication ceremony Saturday at the Henry Smith Way entrance to the station that was attended by current and retired borough police officers, local officials and Brothers Before Others members, among others.
