John W. Goins, 47, was being held on $25,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail, charged with drug distribution, following an investigation by members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotic Task Force and New Milford police.
Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said Goins was arrested without incident at his home Jan. 15 after selling crack cocaine to an undercover detective.
