$100,000 bail in Cliffside Park beating that put victim in ICU

EXCLUSIVE: A fight outside a Cliffside Park bar put one man in intensive care and another in the Bergen County Jail on $100,000 bail.

The victim sustained severe head injuries in the beating outside Whiskey Pete’s on Anderson Avenue minutes before midnight Thursday, borough police said this morning.

Christian Ciccolella, 24, was being held in the Bergen County Jail on charges of aggravated assault and endangering an incapacitated victim.

Ciccolella has an East Bergen-area rap sheet that includes drug, vandalism and criminal mischief charges, as well as probation violations, records show.
