FAIRVIEW, N.J. -- Michael G. McQuaid, of Fairview, died on Oct. 16. He was 64.
Born in Ireland, McQuaid came to the United States in 1972. He was the owner of Jerry's Custom Floors, in Fairview.
He is survived by his wife, Ellen (Kelly) McQuaid; sons Michael and Timmy McQuaid; grandson Declan; nine brothers; and many other family and friends.
Visiting hours will be from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 19, at the A.K. Macagna Funeral Home, 495 Anderson Ave., in Cliffside Park. The funeral will be from the funeral home on Thursday at 9:15 a.m., thence to St. John the Baptist Church, in Fairview, for a 10 a.m. funeral mass. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, in Valhalla.
