Joe Pantoliano, who was born in Hoboken and graduated from Cliffside Park High School, turns 64 Saturday.
Pantoliano, an actor on both Broadway and the silver screen, was born Sept. 12, 1951.
Known as “Joey Pants,” Pantoliano got his first break as Guido the Killer Pimp in 1985’s “Risky Business.” He went on to appear in other cult classics, such as “The Goonies,” “La Bamba” and “The Matrix.”
The actor also appeared on Broadway in roles such as Frankie and Johnnie in the Clair de Lune. Pantoliano is most recognized for his Emmy-winning portrayal of Ralph Cifaretto in the HBO series “The Sopranos.”
