Feel Like Shakin' It? Bogota Boogies Down

BOGOTA, N.J. -- Warm up for your New Year's Eve celebration at a pre-New Year's Eve dance party Friday, Dec. 30 in Bogota.

This Just Dance 2016 event is a fundraiser to benefit the borough's beautification projects.

The event, with DJ and dancing, hors d'oeuvres and drinks, will be at the VFW hall in Bogota.

Proceeds will help Bogota Beautiful, a community organization with a vision to mobilize people, businesses, and local groups to work together on improvement and beautification projects.

Upcoming projects include, Earth Day Clean Up, the Community Garden, Beautification Projects, Walk With The Mayor, Storefront Pop-Up Art Gallery and Yoga In The Park.

The event is from 8 p.m. to midnight at the VFW, 241 West Shore Ave., Bogota.
