Edgewater Gives Parents A Break With Winter Fun Activities For Youngsters

EDGEWATER, N.J. — A new field trip each day is offered to children during a December camp program over school break in Edgewater and Leonia.

Edgewater will keep youngsters in the borough and from Leonia entertained during their winter break with a special series of events.

The three day program runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday, Dec. 28, through Wednesday, Dec. 30.

Participants will be divided into groups and supervised by recreation staff. The program will include trips to see the Harlem Globetrotters with a magic pass and Sahara Sam’s Indoor Water Park.

This is for Leonia/Edgewater residents only. The cost is $150 and is open to children in kindergarten through the eighth-grade.
