Man Airlifted After Vehicle Crashes With Ambulance Going To Emergency In South Jersey: Police A Pennsylvania man was airlifted to a hospital after a crash involving an ambulance heading to an emergency in Cape May County, authorities said. Middle Township police responded to the crash on Route 9 North at around 12:40 p.m. on Saturday, July 6, the department said in a news release. The wreck involved an Inspira ambulance in the Swainton section of the township. Investigators said the ambulance was traveling to a medical emergency with its lights and sirens activated. Pedestrian Critical After South Jersey Crash: Police A pedestrian was in critical condition after a crash in Gloucester Township, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 11 p.m. on Monday, March 11. at the intersection of Blackwood Clementon Road and Kelly Drivers Lane, according to Gloucester Township police. The pedestrian was found in the roadway unconscious and suffering from serious bodily injuries, police said.  The driver remained at the crash scene and was not injured, police said.
