Truck Flips Dumping Sand Across Garden State Parkway: State Police A dump truck  overturned on the Garden State Parkway spilling sand across the road in Cape May County, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 11 a.m. on the parkway southbound at milepost 7.2 in Middle Township, according to New Jersey State Police.
