USS New Jersey Dry Dock Maintenance
The most decorated battleship in U.S. history is on the move. The USS New Jersey is scheduled to move from its dock in Camden on Thursday, March 21 when it will head to the Philadelphia Navy Yard for extensive dry-dock maintenance. Tolls Going Up On Atlantic City Expressway
Tolls on the Atlantic City Expressway are going up next year, officials said on Thursday, Nov. 17. Starting Jan. 1, 2023, cash tolls on the 44-mile Expressway’s Egg Harbor and Route 50 toll plazas will increase from $4.40 to $4.55 for a passenger vehicle. Expressway tolls are going up by 3% from year to year, said Kimberly Testa, a spokeswoman with the South Jersey Transportation Authority. New Jersey State Police are seeking the public's help finding a suspect in a fatal road rage crash. State troopers responded to a single-car crash on Interstate 76 eastbound in Mount Ephraim at about 10:30 p.m. on Jan. 24. Louis E. Drivers who cross any of the eight Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission’s spans between New Jersey and Pennsylvania face two proposed toll increases this year and in 2024, authorities said.
