76ers Guard Struck By Car In Philadelphia Has Broken Rib, Hip Injury: Police Philadelphia 76ers guard Kelly Oubre, Jr. was hospitalized after being struck by a hit-and-run vehicle on Saturday, Nov. 11. City police say Oubre was crossing at the 1400 block of Spruce Street at Hick Street when a speeding vehicle tried turning onto Hick, hitting him in the chest with the driver's side mirror. The vehicle fled the location south on Hicks Street.
