Winner: Powerball Player Takes Home $100K At Central Jersey Deli A lucky Powerball lottery player won $100,000 in Middlesex County in the Monday, Nov. 27 drawing. The $100,000 ticket was sold at the Route 130 Deli, 2740 Route 130 in North Brunswick.  The other New Jersey winner took home $50,000 in Essex County. Both tickets matched four numbers plus the Powerball. The North Brunswick ticket doubled the prize by playing with the Power Play option for an extra $1. Severe Thunderstorm Watch In Effect For Much Of Region With a round of storms moving from west to east in interior portions of the region, a Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for much of the area The watch is in effect until 9 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 7 across DC, MD, NJ, PA, and VA. Potentially dangerous straight-line wind gusts are the primary threat, with potentially damaging hail also possible, according to the National Weather Service. Localized heavy rainfall and lightning are also possible. Newest Chick-Fil-A Opens In Mercer County There's a new Chick-fil-A restaurant coming to South Jersey  The latest NJ addition to the fast-food chain is located at 2960 Route 1 in  Lawrenceville, Mercer County. The restaurant is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday. There are 52 Chick-fil-A eateries in New Jersey and more than 2,600 nationwide.
