Suspended Driver Arrested In Valentine's Day Nutley Hit-Run That Killed Paterson Man: Cops An arrest has been made in a deadly hit-and-run crash that killed a 22-year-old Paterson man and injured another person. Dhkir Robinson, 42, is believed to have been behind the wheel of the vehicle that struck Winston Perlaza and a second victim Wednesday evening, Feb. 14 on Milton Avenue in Nutley, Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore Stephens, II and Nutley Police Chief Thomas Strumolo said. The hospital is planning a $150 million facelift that includes a new recently completed 17,000 square-foot glass enclosed main lobby with modern seating areas, community meeting spaces and cafés.  On Tuesday, April 18, the hospital held a flag raising ceremony to celebrate the completion.
