Teenager Shot Dead In Camden A 19-year-old man was shot dead in Camden over the weekend, authorities said. Police responded to a ShotSpotter activation at 2359 S. 8th St., between Sylvan and Fairview streets, on Saturday night, according to Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Camden County Police Chief Gabriel Rodriguez.  Police found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, they said.  The victim, identified as Darnell Farrish, 19, was taken to Cooper Hospital, they said. Bicyclist In Camden County Assault Dies A bicyclist assaulted in a Camden County attack died nearly two weeks after the incident, authorities announced. An unknown male hit Edward Dupont, 53, of Camden, on the head, causing him to fall off his bike and hit his head on the pavement at 7th and Pine streets on July 6, around 9:10 a.m., acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer said. Dupont was rushed to Cooper Hospital, where he was being treated, and died of his injuries on July 25, Mayer said alongside Camden County Metro Police Chief Gabriel Rodriguez.
