Teenager Arrested In Fatal Shooting In Cumberland County A teenager has been charged in the fatal shooting of a 51-year-old man in Cumberland County, authorities said. Jah’lyll Lawrence, who lived in the same residence as the victim, Joe Williams, in Upper Deerfield Township was charged with first-degree muder and weapons offenses, according to the Cumberland County prosecutor. New Jersey State Police responded to the shooting, which occurred early on Saturday, Jan. 20. Arrest Made In Killing Of New Brunswick's Cedric Paige A 38-year-old man has been charged in the death of Cedric Paige, a beloved New Brunswick man shot earlier this week, authorities said. Joe Williams is accused of shooting 37-year-old Paige multiple times around 1:50 a.m. Sept. 26, in Fernwood Court, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone said. Paige was transported from the scene to a nearby hospital with multiple gunshot wounds, where he was pronounced dead.
