Four Children Under 13 Sexually Assaulted By South Jersey Man: Prosecutor A 20-year-old man from Atlantic County has admitted to sexually assaulting four children between the ages of three and 13 years old, authorities said. Jaquan Dublin, of Egg Harbor City pleaded guilty on Tuesday, May 16 to four counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. Dublin was arrested and charged on Feb. 10, 2021 for sexually assaulting four children all of which occurred in Galloway Township during the summer of 2020, the prosecutor said.
