Fugitive Jumps From Third-Floor Apartment, Arrested In Atlantic City Homicide: Police A man wanted for murder was arrested in Atlantic City after jumping from a third-story apartment to try and get away from police, authorities said. Jamar Jones, 35, of Atlantic City, was arrested at around 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 20, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release. He was wanted in the Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2023 killing of Luis Rosa-Rodriguez. Jones tried to avoid arrest by jumping out of a third-floor window at the School House Apartments on North Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
