12-Year-Old With Handgun Bit An Atlantic City Officer: Police Atlantic City police arrested a juvenile armed with a handgun after he bit an officer, they said. On Thursday, June 29, at 2:06 p.m., Officer Troy Grams observed a boy walking in the 600 block of New York Avenue.  Grams observed what appeared to be a handgun in the male’s waistband.  Grams entered a convenience store to investigate further, and the male was standing at the counter.  Upon seeing Officer Grams, the male immediately left the counter and attempted to flee through an employee area towards the back door, police said.
