He was taken into custody by 9 a.m., Evesham police said; Officers were at a home on Brookfield Drive as of 7:30 a.m. and all residents near the home were being sheltered in place. The shelter-in-place had been lifted by 9 a.m. Sections of Kettle Run Road and Hopewell Road were closed to traffic. Motorcyclist Arrested After High-Speed Chase In Burlington County: Police A motorcyclist with a fake license plate was arrested after a high-speed chase, authorities said. On Thursday, Nov. 3 at about 2:45 p.m., an officer conducting traffic enforcement on Route 73, near Route 70, observed a motorcycle being operated with a fictitious license plate, Evesham police said.  The officer attempted to initiate a motor vehicle stop, however, the rider of the motorcycle failed to pull over.  The rider accelerated at a high rate of speed, putting his life and the life of other motorists at risk, as he traveled north on Route 73 at …

Arrests Made In 'Smash And Grab' Burglary At South Jersey Pantry 1 Food Mart A pair of suspects have been arrested in connection with a break-in at a South Jersey convenience store, authorities said. On Dec. 30 at 5:51 a.m., a male suspect conducted a "smash and grab-style" burglary at the Pantry One, 479 West Marlton Pike, according to Evesham police. The suspect approached the business from South Cropwell Road and fled in the same direction after the burglary.
