N. Willow St. and Tucker St. were closed to all traffic — including pedestrian traffic — as of Thursday morning, Trenton City Hall officials confirmed on social media.

Bellevue to Pashley Avenues were also closed, as were the Henry J. Austin Health Center and City Beef establishments.

No illnesses had been reported, an initial post said.

Evacuated residents were asked to relocate to Joyce Kilmer Elementary School or stay with family members as officials awaited assistance from the EPA.
