Tractor-Trailer Flips, Route 130 Ramp Closes Off NJ Turnpike (Developing) A tractor-trailer overturned closing a Route 130 ramp off the New Jersey Turnpike in Burlington County, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 11:20 a.m. Tuesday, July 11  in Florence Township, according to the NJ Department of Transportation.
