Cyclist Still Critical As 2 Arrested Month After Attempted Trenton Homicide, Police Say
Two suspects were arrested and charged about a month after the attempted homicide of a man who was shot while riding his bicycle in Trenton and remains in critical condition, authorities said. Tyquasia M. Peterson, 25, was charged with criminal attempted homicide, and Dashawn B. Smith-Murphy, 28, was charged with complicity, Trenton Police announced on Tuesday, Oct. 25. Catalytic Converters Stolen From 9 School Buses In South Jersey: Police
Catalytic converters were stolen from nine mini-school buses at a South Jersey high school over the weekend, authorities said. Surveillance footage shows a white utility truck enter Moorestown High School’s parking lot at 11:59 p.m. Friday, Sept. 16, Moorestown police said. Police said it’s believed two suspects are responsible, though a description was not available. They released a photo of the truck involved. Video Shows Gunman Stalking Teen Victim In Philadelphia Before Deadly Attack
Police have released surveillance footage of a gunman stalking his victim in the moments leading up to her death, carried out at his hands in Philadelphia, they said. The footage shows a hooded male in dark-colored clothing hiding behind vehicles, appearing to look for 17-year-old Teryn Johnson, who was walking her dog with a friend on the 5300 block of Horrocks Street around 8:50 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 11, according to Philadelphia police and various news reports. Authorities ID Driver In Deadly NJ Hit-Run As Philly Man, 40
A Philadelphia man has been identified as the driver in a hit-and-run New Jersey crash that killed a 61-year-old man, authorities said. Gregory Graves, 40, struck Frederick Murray on S. Black Horse Pike and East Clements Bridge Road in Runnemede on Jan. 3 just before 5 p.m., Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Runnemede Police Chief Paul Dailey said.
