Flooding, Multiple Crashes, Live Wires As Storm Slams Central Jersey UPDATED: Multiple police and fire departments were responding to numerous traffic and other emergency calls as a major storm passed through Central Jersey on Wednesday, authorities said. The National Weather Service in Mount Holly issued a flood advisory for portions of Monmouth and Middlesex counties until 3:30 p.m. Serious flooding and multiple accidents also were reported throughout Essex and Hudson counties. Jersey Shore Row-Boater Missing UPDATE: Rescuers found both the rowboat and life jacket of an Ocean Gate man who went missing before a major thunderstorm hit the Jersey Shore earlier this week, authorities confirmed. His wife reported Matt Conway, 67, missing around 4 p.m. Tuesday, they said. The U.S. Coast Guard released security camera photos of Conway shortly before he left a dock on the Toms River in a silver rowboat that morning.
