NJ Woman Found Dead In Lake Alongside Her Baby Was Mourning Loss Of Her Dad
The woman who died alongside her 9-month-old son after their car was found in a Central Jersey pond had been mourning the loss of her own father, according to her posts on social media. The bodies of Tamequa Robinson, 30, of Edison, and her baby boy were pulled from their car in Piscataway's New Market Pond around 5:35 Tuesday morning, according to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone. A New Jersey Lottery ticket good for $50,000 was sold in Central Jersey. The ticket from Saturday's Powerball drawing was sold at The Gift Horse on Stelton Road in Piscataway. The winning numbers were 32, 35, 40, 52, and 54. The Red Power Ball number was 01. The Power Play was 5X. The Powerball jackpot rolled to $375 million for the Monday, Sept. 6, drawing.

A total of nine people had died as of Thursday morning as a result of Wednesday night's storm in New Jersey, according to authorities and unconfirmed reports. First responders in Burlington and Middlesex counties were called to separate, serious pedestrian crashes early Friday, authorities said. About 6 a.m. on Route 38 in Lumberton, EMS crews were en route to a man lying in the roadway with "obvious fatal injuries," according to an initial unconfirmed report. UPDATED: The only Powerball jackpot winning ticket, worth $190 million, from Wednesday’s drawing was sold in Middlesex County, state Lottery officials announced Thursday.
