Man Guilty Of Stalking, Threatening Former Judge: Prosecutor A 59-year-old Atlantic City man has been found guilty of stalking and threatening a former municipal court judge, authorities said. Nathaniel Russell was convicted on Thursday, May 4 for making terroristic threats, retaliation for past official action and harassment, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. Starting in August of 2021 and culminating in April of 2022, Russell left violent and threatening messages for former Egg Harbor Township Municipal Court Judge Marc Nehmad and stalked him for more than eight months, the prosecutor said.
