Tatum Menake's dream of owning a restaurant matched what she saw in Lincroft: a need for an upscale brunch spot. Menake said she's opening a breakfast and lunch restaurant called Tatum's Table. Just in time for the holidays, Bruce Springsteen paid a visit to a popular hometown restaurant on the Jersey Shore. It was Springsteen's third visit to Roberto's Freehold Grill in two months. The 74-year-old rocker is seen posing with some of the restaurant’s employees in the kitchen. On Facebook, the eatery said, "The Boss stopped by the kitchen to spread some holiday cheer." The wildly popular Brownstone Pancake Factory has opened its fourth location. The latest spot is located at 3445 Route 9 in Freehold, the former space of Perkins Restaurant & Bakery.
