Man, 47, Killed When Pickup Strikes Pole In South Jersey: Police A 47-year-old man was killed when his pickup truck was involved in a one-vehicle crash, authorities said. Walter Green IV, 47, of Monroeville, was driving north on the 2500 block of Delsea Drive in Franklin Township when his truck ran off the road and hit a utility pole at 10:38 a.m. Monday, Aug. 14, according to Franklin Township police. First responders found Green unresponsive and took him to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said. The crash remains under investigation.
