Maple Shade Man Indicted On Murder Charge In Roommate's Deadly Beating, Prosecutor Says An indictment charging a 51-year-old man from Maple Shade with murder in the beating his roommate was returned last month, authorities said. Dave Lake was indicted on a first degree murder charge Oct. 22 and signed by Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina.  An arraignment will be held next month in Superior Court in Mount Holly, Coffina said. Bedridden Burlington Rehab Patient Dies, Roommate Charged After Violent Attack A 51-year-old rehabilitation center patient has been charged with murder after his elderly roommate died of injuries suffered in a violent attack, authorities said. The older victim could not walk or talk.  David P.
