Willingboro Man Convicted Of Murder By Fatal Headshot: Prosecutor A 32-year-old Willingboro man was found guilty by a jury of fatally shooting a man in the head outside a house in the township’s Millbrook Park neighborhood, authorities said. Kwacey Q. Owens was convicted on Thursday, Sept. 28 of first-degree murder and weapons offenses, according to Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw. Sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 4 in Mount Holly. South Jersey Man, 29, Charged In Acquaintance's Shooting Death A 29-year-old Burlington County man has been charged with fatally shooting "an acquaintance" in the head earlier this month, authorities said. Kwacey Q.
