HVAC Replacement Project Begins At Atlantic City's Main Library Work has begun to replace the HVAC system at Atlantic City's main library, officials said. The Atlantic City Free Public Library said construction started at the main library on North Tennessee Avenue on Monday, Mar. 11. The HVAC replacement is expected to take about two months to complete. The library, which opened in 1985, said it will try to stay open as much as possible during the project.
