South Jersey High School Security Contractor Accused Of Sexual Assault On A Student: Prosecutor A 54-year-old former security contractor at Millville Senior High School has been charged with sexual assault involving a 16-year-old student, authorities said. J.T. Banks of Millville was arrested on Wednesday, Sept. 20, according to Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae. He was additionally charged with child endangerment, she said.
