A former Pennsylvania mom now living in New Jersey who was once accused of faking her daughter's kidnapping has been charged with embezzling "tens of thousands" of dollars from her employer, authorities said. Bonnie Sweeten, 51, of Delanco, faces two counts of federal wire fraud charges, the US Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania announced in a release on Monday, Oct. 17. Ten people were arrested in a drug-dealing investigation along the Atlantic City Boardwalk, authorities said. The suspects were charged with various drug-related offenses to include: narcotics possession, narcotics distribution, narcotics distribution within 500 feet of a public zone, the unlawful possession of a firearm, and the unlawful possession of hollow point ammunition. Authorities in Burlington County said they have stepped up efforts to eliminate gun violence in the community of Riverside and seek the public's help. Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Nearly two dozen of New Jersey's Motor Vehicle Commission agencies agencies were closed as of 11:30 Monday morning after reaching capacity.
