Low water pressure or complete lack of water is plaguing communities in Mercer County, local officials say. Aqua New Jersey customers in Chesterfield, Hamilton, Hamilton Square, Robbinsville, and Windsor could experience the issues through Sunday, June 4, the company said. Eight suspects were arrested during a prostitution investigation in Trenton, authorities announced. The Trenton Police Department Daytime Task Force carried out the operation near South Clinton and Mott in the early morning on Tuesday, Nov. 15, police said in a Wednesday release. Drivers Hospitalized In Serious Crash At Mercer County Intersection, Police Say
Both drivers were hospitalized following a serious crash at a Mercer County intersection, authorities said. A 17-year-old Hamilton male was driving a 2019 Nissan Sentra when he collided with a 2011 Subaru Outback driven by a 51-year-old Chesterfield man at the intersection of Newkirk and Leonard Avenues around 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 6, Hamilton Police said. Newest Wawa Opens With Free Coffee All Weekend In South Jersey
A new Wawa store is set to open Thursday in Burlington County. With the grand opening ceremony comes free coffee to customers from Thursday, Feb. 10 through Sunday, Feb. 13, Wawa officials announced. 8-Year-Old NJ Girl Critical After Falling Into Retention Pond
An 8-year-old girl was in critical condition after falling into a retention pond near her home Thursday afternoon in Burlington County, authorities said. Crews resuscitated the girl after finding her in a body near the 100 block of Colemantown Drive in Chesterfield around 4 p.m., Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office spokesman Joel Bewley told Daily Voice. She was flown to St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia and remains critical, he said. The girl had reportedly left her nearby home a short while earlier, said Bewley, calling the incident "accidental and tragic."
