He was 16 years old. Keivon Abraham of Abington was found with a gunshot wound to the chest on the 2400 block of North Clarion Street early on Monday, May 29, city police told Daily Voice. Wagner Ernesto Tejeda-Pena was wanted for fatally shooting Loi Nguyen, age 77, while he was on a walk in Philadelphia on the morning of June 21, CBS Philadelphia reports.
