Daquan Marshall, 30, pleaded guilty to strict liability in the drug-induced death of the first-degree in exchange for a nine-year sentence in New Jersey State Prison on Sept. 14, Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina said. Marshall, who pleaded guilty before Superior Court Judge John J. Burke III, will be sentenced on Oct. 19. Kiyeahjae Swan was last seen by her boyfriend in Trenton around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, Burlington Township police said. Swan does not have her cell phone, and her destination is unknown, police said. Swan may be driving a 2016 Silver Honda Accord with NJ registration reading X44KZY, according to police.
