Man, 40, Shot Dead In Trenton: Prosecutor
A 40-year-old Trenton man was shot dead over the weekend, authorities said. The victim has been identified as Ronald Taylor, according to the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office. A few minutes after midnight on Saturday, Sept. 2, Trenton police responded to the 200 block of Brunswick Avenue on a report of a male shot. Responding officers found an unresponsive male in a vacant lot appearing to suffer from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to Capital Heath Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing. …

A 24-year-old man from Mercer County died of injuries suffered in a shooting in Trenton earlier this month, authorities said. Justin Prescott Reed, of Ewing, died on May 22, as a result of injuries he sustained in the May 14 shooting on Brunswick Avenue, the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office said on Wednesday, May 31. A 32-year-old Newark man was near a Trenton school when he was found with 60 heroin decks, crack-cocaine, and a semi-automatic handgun with a high-capacity magazine, authorities charged. Trenton VCU Detectives found Rashaon A. Williams with a Taurus .9mm semi-automatic handgun after seeing a bulge in his waistband while patrolling Brunswick Avenue, police said in a release on Wednesday, Sept. 21. Trenton Man, 37, Reported Missing, Police Say
A 37-year-old Trenton man has been reported missing, police say. James Rogers, of North Trenton, was reported missing on Tuesday, July 5, local police said. Rogers frequently visits the area of 590 New York Ave., as well as Princeton Avenue and Brunswick Avenue, according to police. Additional details were not released. Trenton Man, 41, Charged In Fatal Shooting
A 41-year-old man from Trenton has been charged in connection with a shooting death last spring, authorities said. Bobby Vazquez, 41, is charged with first-degree murder and second-degree weapons offenses, according to Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri. A 28-year-old fugitive from Trenton has been arrested by U.S. Marshals in last weekend's stabbing death, authorities said. Allen Q. Brookins of East State Street was charged with murder and weapons offenses, according to Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri. Two men were killed in separate homicides overnight in Trenton. Daniel Alvaranga, 33, was fatally stabbed on the 300 block of Brunswick Avenue, around 9:50 p.m. Saturday, authorities in Mercer County said.
