A New Jersey gunman was indicted Tuesday for fatally shooting a 28-year-old man outside of a home in Willingboro last year, authorities said. A grand jury indicted Kwacey Q. A jury in South Jersey found a 25-year-old man from Pemberton Township guilty in a 2017 fatal shooting, authorities said. The jury deliberated for about eight hours over two days before returning a guilty verdict against Douglas Lewis of Fort Dix Road for first-degree murder, according to the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office. Authorities: Ex-Police Detective From Burlington Sexually Assaulted Girls
A former Trenton police detective was sentenced to 30 years in state prison for sexually assaulting two girls over the course of several years, authorities said. William Sanchez-Monllor, 39, of Burlington Township, was sentenced on two counts of first-degree sexual assault Friday, Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina said. Sanchez-Monllor pleaded guilty to the sex crimes last November, Coffina said. The plea-bargained sentence was handed down in Superior Court in Mount Holly by Presiding Judge Terrence R.
