Heavy Rain Headed To Bergenfield

BERGENFIELD, N.J. -- The National Weather forecast calls for rain, possibly thunderstorms and fog for the next two days.

Tuesday calls for a 30 percent chance of rain overnight into Wednesday, when rain is expected to be heavy at times into Wednesday evening. Wednesday rainfall amounts between one-half and three-quarters of an inch are possible.

Rain will continue into Wednesday evening with possibly a thunderstorm before 7 p.m., and showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 7 p.m. The storms could produce heavy rainfall and areas of fog overnight Wednesday.

Thursday’s chance of precipitation is 80 percent, with morning showers expected, and areas of fog until noon.
