Whole Foods Sets Opening Date For New Bergen County Store
Whole Foods has set an opening date for its Woodcliff Lake store — one of its four newest locations across the Garden State.
The store, located at 500 Chestnut Ridge Rd., is slated to open on Wednesday, July 27, representatives said.
The building spans nearly 48,000 square feet and is designed to “evoke a casual, modern feel” while including all of the traditional and organic small-farm produce, dairy, and other products the chain has become renowned for.

A 22-year-old driver was ejected through the moon roof of his Jeep in a horrific overnight crash in Park Ridge that left a debris field of more than 150 yards, authorities said.
The 2021 Grand Cherokee was headed north on Spring Valley Road when it left the roadway and slammed into a large tree at the north corner of Alberon Drive shortly before 2 a.m. Tuesday, Park Ridge Police Capt. Joseph Rampolla said.

Police: Repeat Offender From Westwood Nabbed After Stealing Dog, iPad In Washington Township
A 21-year-old repeat offender from Westwood broke into a Washington Township woman's home, then stole her dog and an iPad, authorities said.
Township detectives nabbed Jordan David Dufont a short time later after pinging his phone, Capt. John Calamari said.
Dufont had gone to his on-again, off-again girlfriend's home on Hickory Street, broke in by smashing a back window and was confronted by the victim, Calamari said.
He then fled with her mixed-breed dog and iPad, the captain said.
