Amazon Inks Lease On Massive North Jersey 'Last Mile' Delivery Center Amazon has signed a lease on a 360,000 facility being built on a North Jersey industrial site to be used as a last-mile delivery center. Lincoln Equities Group procured $115 million in industrial build-to-suit construction financing for the facility, expected to be ready in early 2022.
