EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- (UPDATE) Bergen County Regional SWAT team members seized a suicidal man who'd barricaded himself in an apartment above an East Rutherford restaurant late Monday morning after holding a gun to his girlfriend's head, authorities said.
