Body Of Missing Paddleboarder Recovered From NJ Lake The search for a missing paddleboarder on a Sussex County lake came to a tragic end Sunday morning, July 7, police said. James Lee, 61, of Sandyston, had been on a stand-up paddleboard on Kittatinny Lake when he fell into the water and did not re-emerge Friday, July 5 around 6:45 p.m., New Jersey State Police Sgt. Charles Marchan said. His body was recovered Sunday morning, July 8, according to Marchan. The incident remains under investigation.
