Social Media Stoked Fear Over Misinterpreted Blackboard Message, Cresskill Schools Chief Says UPDATE: Translators from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security who are fluent in Arabic found that a message written by a student to her brother on a classroom blackboard at Cresskill High School was misinterpreted and harmless, officials said.
