Scooter Rider Critically Injured In Passaic Crash An electric scooter rider was clinging to life Tuesday morning after being struck in Passaic, responders said. Witnesses said the late-30s victim ran a red light and was struck by a minivan at the intersection of President and Parker Streets shortly after 10:30 a.m. He was unconscious when taken to St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center, responders said. The driver, meanwhile, remained at the scene and cooperated with police, who notified the Passaic County prosecutor's fatal accident team. City firefighters and EMS also responded.

Four pedestrians claimed they also were hit by the 2002 Toyota Camry outside the Fiesta Night Club on President Street shortly before 2:30 a.m. Sunday, Police Chief Luis Guzman said. Passaic Man Stabbed, Killed In Fight Outside City Nightclub Detectives were reviewing surveillance video after a Passaic man was stabbed and killed during a pre-dawn fight Sunday outside a city nightclub, authorities said. JuanManuel Marquez, 36, was “bleeding and unresponsive” when taken by ambulance to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center following the stabbing outside the Fiesta Lounge at the corner of Parker and President streets around 2:30 a.m., Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M.
