Bergen County Native Ryan Danlasky-Reineke Dies Suddenly, 26
Montvale native Ryan Joseph Danlasky-Reineke died unexpectedly at his home in Bloomfield on Jan. 22, 2021. He was 26 years old. Born in Westwood and raised in Monvale, Ryan graduated from Pascack Hills in Montvale in 2012 and went on to complete his program at Lincoln Technical Institute. He later worked in commercial refrigeration, excelling as an HVAC technician. Raised by a single mother, Ryan overcame the challenges of his high school years with grace, and loved his family deeply. A Bergen County high school recently ranked the best America and an elite prep school have both switched to remote learning after individuals tested positive for Coronavirus. Don Bosco Prep has cancelled athletic events and went remote Wednesday, after two students tested positive. Friday night's football game against St. Joseph Regional and the soccer game against Bergen Catholic on Tuesday were postponed, officials said. Swastika Carved Next To Star Of David In Ridgewood HS Girls Bathroom Stall
Ridgewood High School became the latest target of hate symbols when someone carved a swastika next to a Star of David in a girls' bathroom stall, authorities said. Although he found Monday night's discoveries “shocking and disturbing,” Schools Supt.
