A 31-year-old Orange man was arrested and charged with practicing dentistry without a license on Tuesday, Oct. 15, authorities said. On Monday, Oct. 14, Fairfield police began investigating a sexual assault alleged to have occurred at 363 Route 46, the Essex County Prosecutor's Office said. A 60-year-old Orange man has been missing since he worked a shift at Whole Foods Market on Sunday, April 21. Rousier Romain did not return home after he left his shift abruptly at the Whole Foods in Vauxhall, Township of Union police said.
